3 delicious non-alcoholic summer drinks using cold brew coffee concentrate.

1. Iced Cold Brew Coffee:
Ingredients:
3-5 ice cubes
60 ml (4 tbsp) of cold brew coffee concentrate*
125 ml (1/2 metric cup) of cold filtered water
15 ml of maple syrup** (Optional)
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients into a glass.

2. Cold Brew Coffee with Coconut Milk:
Ingredients:
3-5 ice cubes
75 ml (5 tbsp) of cold brew coffee concentrate*
125 ml (1/2 metric cup) of coconut milk
30 ml of maple syrup**
1/2 tsp of cocoa powder to garnish
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients into a glass and garnish with cocoa powder.

3. Cold Brew Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream:
Ingredients:
100 g (about 1/2 metric cup) of vanilla ice cream
125 ml (1/2 metric cup) of cold brew coffee concentrate*
dark chocolate to garnish
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients into a glass and garnish with grated chocolate.

Note:
*Cold brew coffee concentrate is significantly stronger than coffee made using hot brewing methods, that is why it has to be diluted with some water and/or milk.
The ratio may vary depending on the type of coffee, the roast, the grind size, the brewing time and of course personal preferences.
The common ratios are:
1:2 (1 part coffee to 2 parts water and/or milk)
1:3 (1 part coffee to 3 parts water and/or milk)
1:4 (1 part coffee to 4 parts water and/or milk)
**Maple syrup could be replaced with honey, agave nectar, or simple sugar syrup.
