Inspired by Affogato, an Italian coffee and ice cream dessert, I’ve created a recipe that is based on cold brew coffee instead of espresso.
Sliced or slivered almonds, preferably blanched
Shredded dark chocolate
Almond biscotti (substitute with your favourite cookie)
Fill a glass with ice cream, add cold brew coffee concentrate and liqueur. Garnish with some almonds, shredded dark chocolate and half a biscotti.
