Inspired by Affogato, an Italian coffee and ice cream dessert, I’ve created a recipe that is¬†based on cold brew coffee instead of espresso.

Ingredients:
3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream*
30 ml (2 tbsp) of cold brew coffee concentrate**
15 ml (1 tbsp) of almond or coffee liqueur

For decoration:
Sliced or slivered almonds, preferably blanched
Shredded dark chocolate
Almond biscotti (substitute with your favourite cookie)

Serving method:
Fill a glass with ice cream, add cold brew coffee concentrate and liqueur. Garnish with some almonds, shredded dark chocolate and half a biscotti.
