An easy and quick decadent confectionery that requires only 3 ingredients. No Melt, No Boil, No Bake, No Mess.

This recipe will make about 300 grams of fudge.

a pinch of coarse sea salt*
190 ml (2/3 metric cup) of sweetened condensed milk
260 ml (1 metric cup) of natural crunchy peanut butter (sugar free)**
a handful of roasted peanuts for decoration

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients until the mixture becomes thick and dry.
Place the mixture on a parchment paper, spread it evenly using a wooden spoon.
Fold the sides of the parchment paper, gently pressing the mixture and forming a rectangular shape.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut into bite size squares and decorate with roasted (optional: salted) peanuts.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.

*The coarse salt doesn’t dissolve completely which creates a beautiful salty-sweet contrast.
**This recipe requires peanut butter with a crunchy texture, but it could be replaced by the smooth one.
